why your support matters

With 200 musicians, bagpipers, Highland dancers, and color guard members, the Kiltie program continues to grow. Kilties are grades 9-12, sharing their passion for performance with the Sarasota community and beyond.

Your generosity helps provide the instruments, equipment, instruction, and opportunities that keep our students learning, performing, and carrying on a remarkable tradition.

Behind every great performance is a community that makes it possible. We're grateful to the businesses and community partners who invest in our students and help keep Kiltie traditions thriving.

The Kiltie Band runs on the dedication of our incredible volunteers, and giving your time means receiving something pretty special in return.

Volunteering gives you a front-row seat to your child's experience. You'll share in the excitement of performances, witness moments most parents never get to see, build friendships with other Kiltie families, and make memories of your own.

One day, you'll blink and your freshman will be a senior, ready to take on the world. These years are fleeting, and there are so many wonderful moments worth being part of. Even if your availability is limited, there's a place for you in the Kiltie family.
